i’ve never done that before.
one more day to go.

hey keri
i read your blog daily, but don’t know whether i’ve ever commented before… so, hello!
i’ve been especially enjoying these weeks of daily creativity. it’s been really inspiring. i’m off to south korea for a year next year and have decided it’s going to be my year of creativity {hopefully creativity-a-day} to make the most of my new environment and to stave off the homesickness {i can feel my lip wobbling emotionally in anticipation already}. i’ll definitely be poaching some of your ideas for that!
can i just ask, what did you write on the piece of paper before burning? are we allowed to know, or is it a secret?
7:22 am
I do it everyday, but I’ve never taken a picture.
Write & burn….shit & shower.
9:47 am
There is something very fun about taking pictures of something impermanent. But then, that’s most pictures, isn’t it?

Hi Keri
I have looked forward every day of February to see what inspiring new creative adventure you’ve had. I am sad that it’s soon March!
I love this, because although the piece of paper is impermanent, the pictures of the burning are not … and they beautifully capture the fleeting moment.

…except now it isn’t impermanent – because you recorded it.
Not meaning to criticise, just pointing out the irony of it – I love love love what you are doing, especially lately. Your blog is a daily source of sustenance.
