i got a candle in a beautiful blue box which i couldn’t bear to throw away.
so i made these birds.
wanting to write more but the words are sitting in my belly not wanting to come out.

Gorgeous little birdies! You should make a mobile with them and watch them fly :-)

Ah! I thought I was the only one who could not throw away boxes. Now I have permission to do something with them.
I actually have an inadvertent box collection – cigar boxes, paper boxes, wooden boxes, stacked in my apartment. It is an inadvertent collection because the boxes just came to me and stayed. Same with the cards and bookmarks. And books. Aack! paper items, taking over!
Thanks Keri, for the inspiration!
