Posted by kerismith at February 17, 2007 04:21 PMHello!
I wandered over here from Little Birds and was surprised to see someone from my hometown of Kennett, MO. I think I went to school with that particular Keri Smith.
What a fun project!
Posted by: carrie on February 19, 2007 12:15 PMKeri this is awesome! You rock... you've got such a great illustrative style... simple yet so intricate with line contours and backgrounds... especially on the BCAA travel keri smith chick.
rock on.

Posted by: leticia on February 18, 2007 06:18 PMbut no one else has my name! :)
Posted by: soren on February 18, 2007 05:01 PMAh, the joys of having a relatively common last name! I wish I could look up other people with my name, but I know all of the people in the world who have my last name. For real. Maybe I could try my first name only, though? Neat idea!
Posted by: Dana on February 18, 2007 02:09 PMabsolutely crazy and wonderful! Keri, you always see beyond the box!

i was just thinking last night how i'd love to see how the other katherine turners live, what they do, if they love thier living . . . and now you go and draw pics of your name family . . . i bet as you drew your mind wandered and wondered and imagined who these ladies are in their hearts . . .
Posted by: kate on February 18, 2007 10:33 AMThat is so cool! Very clever idea :)
Posted by: Christine on February 18, 2007 05:14 AMneat!!! this reminds me of the "who are these harvey pekars?" sequence from the american splendor movie.
(p.s., because god loves romance (nudge, wink), i got excited to share this with you too. i'm gonna make a little book of them.)
Posted by: rama on February 18, 2007 03:14 AMHa! That's great — I would never have thought of that one. (Something I say a lot about your blog!) You're delightful — MD
