My eye saw:-
Four kangeroos in a paddock, the morning mist rising around them.
Ochre and red pea-gravel under my feet.
A laughing Kookaburra.
Sunlight streaming through the leaves of Eucalyptus trees.
Dew like diamonds on the spines of a grass tree.
Now I stroll and walk with open eye.

What a wonderful idea...i took photos on my walk yesterday of 'decay' - i guess it fits in with this assignment! I so enjoyed doing it!

The Urban Forest Project
Yesterday I came across a sidewalk near my home that was littered with chestnuts. I picked up quite a few of them, marveling at their lovely shape and color. I planned to let Sophie play with them and to photograph them, but this assigment gave me the permission I needed to really go bonkers. Hence the creation of the "Great Chestnut Extravaganza of September 2006" photoset here:
