I recently did an interview for the inspiring 52 Projects. Please check out this site, there are so many great ideas for creative play.
Foster Parents Plan is doing great work providing humanitarian relief in India, Indonesia, Thailand, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. Please give them a hand.

I am an illustrator living and working in the U.K. I have been visiting your website for sometime now and your jounal has never failed to be been a constant source of inspiration and delight. Having checked out the interview you recently did for the '52 Projects' site, I wanted to write to thank you for all the ideas and thoughts you so readily share with us all. You really are a true light. Please don't ever stop!! Very best wishes for the New Year. Bee
Keri-
I started reading your blog a few weeks ago and have throughly enjoyed it. I ordered your book from Amazon and it FINALLY came in the mail today. I'm looking forward to reading it and have liked what I've seen so far. Thanks!
Keep up the good work.

Posted by: Leonie on January 5, 2005 06:23 AMKeri, sometimes I feel your a superwoman! And then I read your honest and open blog and interviews and I realise you have the same struggles we all have and then I think, hey, if she can do it, I can do it and then I go on with my life!
Thanks.

Posted by: naturallynice on January 4, 2005 07:29 PMYes, Keri, thanks so much for the wonderful, honest and insightful interview. I think most, if not all, creative projects involve some kind of struggle, and Keri makes a good point that you should really be open about those feelings, really take the time to feel them, and if that means crying or whatever, then do it. Letting yourself go through those feelings will help you understand yourself better, give insights into a better way to work, that kind of thing. A good long run always helps me clear my head. Taking a break from a project can be helpful, and then again, working against a tight deadline is also sometimes a positive. Another thing I do is set milestones, with little rewards attached once I hit each one. These are things I have learned through the various struggles of trying to make my projects.

I enjoyed your interview on '52 Projects'. I appreciate you sharing your own personal struggles on various art projects; it makes me feel less alone. Right now I'm having trouble with an ongoing art project and it's really making me feel crappy about myself and my work. But I have learned some very valuable lessons with this experience.
